Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- Good problem solving skills
- Good understanding of micro service architecture and distributed systems
- Efficient in coding in at least one of the following languages (GoLang, Java, Python, C/C++ etc.)
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with stakeholders within the team to build and maintain backend services and solutions to support user-facing products, downstream services, or infrastructure tools and platforms used across Uber.
- Work on critical distributed systems and micro services at a massive scale crafted with the best security practices at the forefront.
- Help make security by default in Uber’s infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience in distributed systems
- Working experience in Security domain (Authentication, Authorization, Auth tokens, PKI, cryptography)
