Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a professional engineering environment
- A strong interest in building impactful, user-facing products end-to-end
- Familiarity with a web server framework like Express, Flask, or Rails
- Comfort with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and a frontend framework such as React or Vue
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Help create delightful experiences for customers in close collaboration with stakeholders on the engineering, product, and operations teams
- Take a significant role in owning features
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and other leaders to land changes that meaningfully affect the course of the business
Preferred Qualifications
- Worked in a start-up office environment
- Comfort interacting directly with business and other non-engineering stakeholders
- Studied or worked professionally in visual or user experience design
- Owned the end-to-end development of a significant product feature
