Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong frontend experience, preferable React, Vue, or similar
- Exposure to working in service-based backend
- Desire to work in the code daily
- Previous experience leading processes and mentoring other engineers
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to develop business acumen and domain knowledge in our products
- High sense of agency, able to think through problems from multiple angles
- Experience working in an enterprise team environment
