Requirements
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in plus 6 years of relevant experience.
- An Associate’s degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
- Computer Science (CS) degree or related field
- Experience with Java MapReduce, the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), and technologies such as Hadoop Hive, Pig, Etc.
- Experience with distributed scalable Big Data Store (NoSQL) such as H Base, CloudBase/Accumulo, Big Table, etc.
- Experience with serialization such as JSON and/or BSON; developing restful services; and using source code management tools.
- Experience developing software solution using Python
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, verify, validate, implement, apply and maintain software systems.
- Appropriately apply discrete mathematics, probability and statistics, and other relevant topics in: computer science and supporting disciplines to complex software systems.
- Generalize techniques, as appropriate, to apply to multiple domains.
- Develop and provide appropriate documentation and training.
- Present briefings and demonstrations to stakeholders.
