Requirements
- 5 + years of related experience
- US Citizenship Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI
- Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems and software
- Design and implementation of HTML pages
- Design and implementation of Oracle database for high transaction web application
- JavaScript skills
- Working in an Agile development environment
- Basic programming skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for relational databases
- Interpersonal skills to interact with team members
- Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients
Responsibilities
- Manages the design and development of enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software
- Understands STIGs and security findings in an Oracle Relational Database
- Asks questions of all stakeholders to properly diagnose production problems
- Writes specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity
- Walks customers or training personnel through recommended problem-solving steps in use of the application
- Assists in the completion of unit testing by preparing test data, running tests and evaluating results
- Creates basic documentation in work changes, revisions, or problems
- Conducts routine quality assurance activities such as application audit reviews
- Remains abreast of and researches industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics or related field preferred
- Ability to assist in training
- Database warehousing design approaches (preferred but not necessary)
