Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in Test or a related role
- Hands-on coding in test automation, backend, or infrastructure development
- Strong understanding of automated testing, observability, and distributed systems
- Experience within CI/CD, DevOps, and contract testing
Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality, scalability, and resilience of core platform services
- Focus on test automation, proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices in quality and engineering
- Deliver high-quality, resilient platform services through strong testing and automation
- Maintain visibility into production health with proactive monitoring and quick issue resolutions
- Improve CI/CD and DevOps processes to increase team efficiency and release confidence
- Contribute to scalable infrastructure and AWS migrations to support business growth
- Guide and mentor other SETs, strengthening the team’s overall expertise
- Influence Trio planning and engineering decisions, ensuring quality remains a core priority
