Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science with strong computer science fundamentals.
- 5+ years of full-stack Web Development in a testing role.
- Hands-on test framework and test development experience (Selenium).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with web performance.
- Experience with bug tracking systems and the bug lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Participate in story mapping, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews on a two-week cadence.
- Review each other’s work and hold team members accountable for high code quality standards.
- Deliver regular increments of potentially shippable functionality on time with high quality.
- Build phenomenal digital experiences and create global, scalable systems.
- Improve current automation test frameworks by incorporating new functionalities.
- File detailed issue reports for failing tests; work on automated test cases to verify fixes.
- Periodically review specifications and test plans, identifying gaps in coverage and supplementing with new test cases.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Look for ways to continually improve testing and automation.
- Work effectively in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, ES6, JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
