Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with software design and development
- Experience in the Java programming language and development with Spring Framework
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and software design
- Experience with the Linux operating system and basic Linux system administration
- Ability to independently design, code, and test major features, and work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes
- Ability to collaborate with product management, engineering teams, and operations teams to develop innovative solutions
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to obtain DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II Compliant Certification within 60 days of start date
Responsibilities
- Resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment
- Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready
- Use passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements
- Help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies
- Ensure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software development using Go, Rust, SaltStack, Spring Boot, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Tika, Storm, and Zookeeper
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
- Ability to be results-oriented with a customer focus
- Possession of excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) Certification
