Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 0-2 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in computer programming.
- Knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, VBA, VB Script or Java is highly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Use technical knowledge, understanding of the applications and understanding of Plexus business to suggest technical and business process changes to improve reliability, service and efficiency of operation.
- Exercise business process and tool knowledge related to assigned area to provide End User Support. Perform incident trend analysis to make product improvement recommendations.
- Consistently write, translate and code software applications according to development standards. Solutions need to be reliable, secure, scalable and flexible.
- Design, run and monitor software tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas of improvements and general debugging. This includes, but is not limited to, requirement fulfillment, regression, performance and application interoperability.
- Assist in the definition, development and documentation of software’s business requirements, deliverables and specifications in collaboration with IT Business and Technical Systems Analysts and internal and external users.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, VBA, VB Script or Java is highly preferred.
