- Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

- Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Responsibilities
- Support the business objective and opportunities to develop and align the marketing tactics.
- Conducting market/competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Define content strategy, goals, and objectives. Create a measurement framework in partnership with analytics for all social media content to meet department and organizational goals.
- Maintaining effective internal communications in the marketing department to discuss and align the marketing strategy to the changing organizational scenarios.
- Supporting global teams with strategies and content that would resonate with their regions that may include Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat, and WhatsApp.
