Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Social Media Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote)
  • Must be willing to visit local Studs Studios for content capture
  • Must have a strong understanding of the social media space, the social communities, conversations, and trends. TikTok in particular
  • Ability to create engaging content (images and video) that align with brand look and feel, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment
  • Proficient in iMovie, CapCut or similar tools & techniques needed for designing social-first content
  • Passion for brand-driven growth and for social and content is required
  • A “no task is too small” attitude
  • Proactive with strong communication skills, both written and verbal; cross-functional collaborator
  • Excellent attention to detail and very organized
  • Driven, creative problem solver that consistently acts with integrity and speaks up
  • Owner’s mindset, with the ability to approach feedback and problems with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day social content calendar, including scheduling, posting, and performance tracking, in partnership with the Senior Brand & Social Manager
  • Develop and execute TikTok and Instagram Reels content that reflects brand tone, leverages trends, and drives audience growth and engagement
  • Lead community management across platforms—responding to DMs, commenting on relevant content, and reposting to IG Stories
  • Coordinate in-office and studio content shoots to capture channel-specific assets that drive engagement and reinforce brand authority
  • Source and book influencers and content creators for piercing appointments; manage communications, scheduling, editing rounds, and content delivery
  • Draft content briefs for creator and influencer campaigns to ensure clear expectations and brand alignment
  • Support monthly reporting by compiling social performance insights and contributing to recommendations for continued growth
  • Partner with the Senior Brand & Social Manager to track influencer and content creator spending against budget
  • Support marketing initiatives tied to new studio openings, in-studio events, and other brand moments
  • Assist in coordinating and sourcing marketing materials for in-studio activations
  • Contribute ideas and support execution of creative assets for paid media and email campaigns
  • Help plan and coordinate photoshoots, including scheduling, working cross-functionally with Merchandising, and liaising with models and vendors
  • Support post-production efforts including file organization and asset distribution
