  • A knack for memes, pop culture, and what’s trending.
  • Familiarity with Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and a willingness to learn more tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule posts across all major platforms—Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and more.
  • Add detailed daily posts including creative and copy for five platforms, tailored to each audience.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging Reels and Stories that make people stop scrolling and start sipping.
  • Bring fresh, original and impactful ideas to the table that align with trends, holidays, and company goals.
  • Storyboard from quick memes to multi-part campaigns, sketching out the story before recording.

  • Use Sprout Social for auto-scheduling, tagging, and analytics.
  • Respond to comments and engage with the community.
  • Monitor organic performance and adjust strategy accordingly.

  • Manage fun, compliant contests using SweepWidget and other tools.
  • Engage with new audiences and grow reach with intention.
  • Respond to Google Reviews in a human manner, representing the brand with class and sass.
  • Stay updated on trends, audio, filters, and meme formats.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for trends and visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable on-camera and behind it—filming, editing, and directing.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills (you live by your content calendar).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Team oriented and self motivated.
  • A good sense of humor and love for food, drinks, and pop culture is a major plus.
