Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the slot area remains clean and organized by pushing in chairs, picking up trash, and ensuring all machines are ready for guest use.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, including clearing ticket/bill jams, resolving bill acceptor issues, adjusting ticket printer tilts, and replacing ticket paper.
- Accurately process slot machine jackpots, complete the necessary IRS W2G/1042-S forms, and provide clear, efficient paperwork to guests.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor by greeting guests with a smile, making eye contact, and ensuring they receive personalized service.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year prior experience as a Slot Guest Service Representative preferred.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or casino setting preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of guest relations and operational processes.
