Requirements
- Two or more years of industrial hands-on experience OR relevant degree in one or more of the following: Electricity, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, PLCs in a Manufacturing Environment, Mechanical Drives, CNC Operations, Machine Tool Practices
- Must be willing to work any shift
- Must be willing to work overtime and travel as needed (may include some weekend work)
- Must demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Support the production, quality, cost, and safety goals of the manufacturing operation
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Implement highly technical process and equipment improvements
- Conduct effective troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-skilled persons and machinist/tool makers are highly desired
- Post-secondary Vocational or Technical Education in Fluid Power, Electricity, Electronics, Mechanical Drives, Machinist, and/or Engineering is preferred
