3+ years of experience in a management or team lead role within IT Operations
Deep technical expertise in: Cohesity DataProtect and Helios, Dell EMC Avamar, Pure Storage FlashArray / FlashBlade
Solid understanding of storage protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB)
Experience managing backup and restore for both physical servers and virtual environments (VMware vSphere)
Familiarity with integrating backup and storage with Windows, Linux, and database environments
Strong incident and change management background (ITIL preferred)
Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow

Lead the Backup and Storage Operations team supporting 24/7 production environments
Own the end-to-end backup and recovery strategy leveraging Cohesity and Avamar platforms
Manage enterprise storage infrastructure with a primary focus on Pure Storage (FlashArray, FlashBlade)
Optimize storage performance and availability across both virtual (VMware) and physical server environments
Act as escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis
Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams on solution design and incident resolution
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and ensure compliance with data governance policies
Coordinate vendor support engagements and drive proactive maintenance activities
