Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field
- 1+ years of experience managing a team
- College degree or relevant professional work experience
- Flexibility in schedule for late night and weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, coach & retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads (3+) and Operations Associates (6+)
- Own the day-to-day operations of one of the DashMart warehouses
- Lead the team in providing customers with the best possible experience on each order
- Use data to identify pain-points or areas of inefficiency and design process improvement projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven leader with experience managing high-performance teams of 10+ employees
- Ability to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts
- Innovative problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with rapid change and ambiguity
- Data-first problem solver with experience using Excel or Google Sheets
