Requirements

Responsibilities
- Quickly identify and resolve IT failures to restore services efficiently.
- Oversee patch management, software updates, user accounts, and maintain an accurate inventory of IT components.
- Provide and maintain accurate documentation for all IT systems, to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including switches, servers, and client systems.
- Lead IT projects, encompassing new installations and modifications of existing equipment and systems, to enhance business processes.
- Contribute to the successful deployment of capital projects as part of a cross-functional team.
- Drive progress within the IT team by actively seeking opportunities to improve our IT practices and policies.
