Requirements
- Experience with JTACs, SOF, Joint Fires, and Fixed and Rotary Wing Aircraft
- Ability to derive information from complex military CONOPs and apply data to live, virtual, or constructive scenarios while recognizing system capabilities and limitations to keep training within the scope of reality for associated participants and equipment
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions across functions or between organizations
- Assist in building scenarios and shape training for customers in a virtual environment
- Ensure integration across the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a SOF JTAC, Pilot, Sensor Operator, Navigator, or Weapons System Officer
- Experience building scenarios and shaping training for customers in the virtual environment, including GRNTS, MACE, MOC-T, VRSG/MetaVR, or associated virtual environment applications
- Knowledge of live, virtual, constructive, and distributed missions across the DoD and multi-national enterprises
- Ability to brief small and large groups to provide training assessment and feedback
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
