Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience and knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support
- Experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols
- Experience with telephony switching system networks
- Experience with internet communications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of collection and collateral data
- Develop targets of interest and formulate analytic strategies
- Utilize knowledge of various technologies and topics to identify analytic vectors
- Exploit foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information
- Use software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development
- Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information
- Perform research and analyze target communications within the global network
- Utilize SIGINT and collateral report repositories and incorporate independent research to enhance target development
- Provide guidance to contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development
- Optimize and develop accesses by providing SIGDEV support

- Bachelor’s degree may count toward experience requirements and will be considered on a case-by-case basis
