Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- ACGME accredited residency training in Orthopedic Surgery
- Significant experience in the treatment of shoulder and elbow conditions
- Obtain CAQ in Sports Medicine
- Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, or arthroplasty surgery with an emphasis in throwing athletes shoulder and elbow conditions
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Responsibilities
- Support a busy and established shoulder/elbow practice
- Engage in patient care with 2 days per week in clinic and 2 days per week OR surgical time
- Participate in sub-specialty call to support Orthopedic Trauma Program
- Provide comprehensive treatment of all shoulder and elbow conditions
- Support the Sports Medicine team in the treatment of sports related shoulder and elbow conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports-related shoulder and elbow conditions
- Special interest in teaching/academics to support new medical school at Brigham Young University
