Requirements
- New York City Food protection certificate (DOH card)
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer service leadership position
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, latte art and equipment
- Strong decision making and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Support your GM and Training Team to help coach and mentor new employees
- Craft beautiful, well executed coffee products according to company standards
- Maintain coffee quality standards across your store
- Ensure that your store maintains COVID-19 and NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOH) standards
- Maintain operational excellence in the way of store environment, cleanliness and brand expectations
- Open and close the location safely and responsibly (Key holder)
- Positive and solution focused handling of any minor customer issue
- Provide timely and consistent coaching to your team
- Ensure your back of house and all areas of your store is well organized and a safe environment
- Uphold the company standard NPS scores
- Be a champion of your stores financial performance
