Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a coffee shop or food service preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Passion for hospitality
- ServSafe Certified
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support and guide baristas and team members, providing mentorship and training.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety protocols, and product quality standards.
- Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Open or close the store, including cash handling and shift transitions.
- Performing Leadership Loops for each station throughout the shift
- Deliver quality Shift Huddles at the start of every shift
- Quality checks on beverage/food to make sure we maintain high standards
- Active Coaching for standards, service principles, and experience priorities
- Keeps GM informed of any issues
- Culture Champion for the La La Experience
