Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of data entry experience
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency with Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Good oral and written communication skills and professional etiquette
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing job requirements including processing insurance claim checks, maintenance, or research.
- May perform monetary functional transactions such as posting deposits to client servicing system
- Make appropriate updates to client database in order to meet regulatory obligation
- Manage time to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- May work in multi-functional areas with multiple clients
- Handle other duties and projects as requested on business needs
- Maintain and update procedure knowledge on an on-going basis and attend workshops, seminars, and other training sessions as appropriate
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year experience in insurance, banking, finance, mortgage servicing, or related experience
