Requirements

  • Previous work in loan servicing, collateral management, or banking is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial documents and collateral information.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in reviewing and processing documents.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with loan servicing software.

  • Customer Service: Focused on providing excellent service.
  • Ethical Standards: High level of integrity and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Request the original collateral from the custodian for Loan Modifications, CEMA, Foreclosures and Repurchases on servicing and subservicing loans.
  • Reconcile all Foreclosure files requested weekly and communicate discrepancies to the Default team or clients.
  • Run daily reports within SIME to reconcile default files, prepare 11708 forms with Liquation codes, and upload to SIME and Deutsche Bank.
  • Review CEMA packages in their entirety, and condition for any missing documentation.
  • Retain and maintain a log for all collateral received, to include contents and tracking information.
  • Review, Research and Resolve all CEMA request entered in the CEMA inbox daily.
  • Review, Research and Resolve all inquiries within the Collateral Support Inbox daily.
  • Responsible for completing monthly warehouse reconciliations for servicing and subservicing loans.
  • Team member is also responsible to package, log and ship all recorded modifications and/or trailing documents back to Clients.
