Requirements
- Ability to recruit, select, onboard, develop, and retain In Home Sales Specialists (IHSSs)
- Experience in managing relationships and performance of service provider networks
- Knowledge of service quality issues and customer satisfaction metrics
- Ability to drive compliance with Lowe’s policies and procedures pertaining to permits and regulatory requirements
- Ability to oversee installation project quote processes for accuracy
Responsibilities
- Provide direction for all install sales programs within an assigned district area
- Manage the relationship and performance of the service provider network
- Oversee all service quality issues through regular interaction and inspections
- Support Installed Sales performance by identifying training and talent gaps
- Drive compliance with all Lowe’s policies and procedures pertaining to permits and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the installation project quote process for accuracy
- Review execution by IHSSs for compliance with Lowe’s policies
