Requirements
- 5+ years experience driving complex programs in the technology industry, including developing requirements for software engineering teams.
- 3+ years experience navigating dynamic legal and/or regulatory requirements to inform program requirements.
- Recognized excellence in relationship building and collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
- Experience directly communicating with regulators or similar external entities.
- Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient.
Responsibilities
- Manage diverse programs with unique challenges.
- Work with expert teams across software engineering, data, business, infrastructure, operations, security, legal, and others.
- Identify solutions to complex and ambiguous problems.
- Synthesize complex issues into clear communication.
- Tailor communication to the appropriate context and seniority.
- Write clearly, deliver effective presentations, and run large and difficult meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing regulatory programs in consumer software or internet services.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex proposals and requirements into clear communication for senior executive audiences.
- Experience speaking and negotiating directly with external parties, such as regulators.
- Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience preferred.
