- Experience in computer science
- Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD
- Knowledge of integration with Rest, Soap, and third-party software
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow CIS – Human Resources Certification
