Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Architecting, designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Experience with ServiceNow development such as Flow Designer, Script Includes, UI Policies, or ACLs
  • Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
  • Experience acquiring client requirements, resolving workflow problems through automation optimization, and mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), or Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) Certification
  • ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, or CIS-ITSM Certification
  • IAT Level II Certification such as Cisco Certified Network Professional or AWS Architect Certification

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready
  • Develop user-friendly solutions for clients
  • Work cross-collaboratively to automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs
  • Translate clients’ IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
  • Experience working in a cloud-focused environment
  • Experience supporting Navy DoD workloads
  • Master’s degree
