Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology and five (5) years of experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Progressive experience in a technical help desk or a customer service environment
- Proficient knowledge of Office 365
- ServiceNow Administrator experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Responsibilities
- Experience with ensuring the operational health of the ServiceNow online environment, including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.
- Experience or Familiarity with administrative activities associated with a Space Management Software application.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Administrative Tasks and Activities
- Administration, support, and configuration of application feature tools for staff
- Ability to work in a multi-vendor ServiceNow environment
- Ability to work with multiple product sets from the same vendor
- Ability to understand and work with a complex organizational hierarchy
- Participate in gathering and analysis of business requirements for software capabilities, e.g., Jira, implement latest technologies and 3rd party software solutions, i.e., Jira, Adobe, Kanban, etc.
- Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation, along with resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Nuvolo Space and Reservations System Application (desired)
- Expert Level Analysis Skills using Excel or other similar tools (desired)
- Ability to prioritize activities for the development/support team (desired)
- ServiceNow certifications (desired)
