Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology and five (5) years of experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of education will be considered.
  • Progressive experience in a technical help desk or a customer service environment
  • Proficient knowledge of Office 365
  • ServiceNow Administrator experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

  • Experience with ensuring the operational health of the ServiceNow online environment, including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.
  • Experience or Familiarity with administrative activities associated with a Space Management Software application.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Administrative Tasks and Activities
  • Administration, support, and configuration of application feature tools for staff
  • Ability to work in a multi-vendor ServiceNow environment
  • Ability to work with multiple product sets from the same vendor
  • Ability to understand and work with a complex organizational hierarchy
  • Participate in gathering and analysis of business requirements for software capabilities, e.g., Jira, implement latest technologies and 3rd party software solutions, i.e., Jira, Adobe, Kanban, etc.
  • Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation, along with resolution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Nuvolo Space and Reservations System Application (desired)
  • Expert Level Analysis Skills using Excel or other similar tools (desired)
  • Ability to prioritize activities for the development/support team (desired)
  • ServiceNow certifications (desired)
