Requirements
- Valid & Current FL Driver’s License & Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to understand and relate technical issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong record keeping
Responsibilities
- Procure parts needed for repairs and enter all information into Fleet database for accurate billing.
- Answer incoming service calls
- Maintain and schedule service appointments
- Track repair status and update customers
- Run errands as necessary (picking up parts, dropping off materials, transporting vehicles)
- Deliver parts and run errands for mechanics, as directed
- Maintain other duties as directed by the foremen & mechanics
- Picking up and dropping off clients as needed
- Interact with clients and/or visitors in a professional, courteous, and problem-solving manner
- Assist with the upkeep of the inventory system in place
- Prioritize multiple tasks and efficiently complete tasks to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous automotive service advisor experience heavily preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
