Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle systems with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with factory service manuals, diagnostic equipment, and repair procedures
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a team-focused environment
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced maintenance and light to moderate repair work including brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and drivetrain
- Diagnose vehicle issues using factory diagnostic tools and repair procedures
- Complete multi-point inspections to identify needed maintenance or repair work
- Accurately document work performed and communicate findings to the service advisor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer guidelines
- Support and mentor entry-level technicians as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- ASE certifications preferred, but not required
