Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma
- 2-3 years’ experience in supervisory role
- 3-5 years of submersible pump experience required
- Efficient in Microsoft Office, standard asset systems/software
Responsibilities
- Ensure that team members adhere to all of the Xylem Safety training and protocols for each given task and have the necessary PPE to do so
- Work with the Service Center Manager to hire, develop, support, supervise and coach multiple direct reports (shop personnel)
- Understand the contract and the scope of the project and work directly with project sales and operations team to ensure positive delivery of the scope
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of shop repair activities, as well as risk and mitigation strategies
- Responsible for effective quality assurance and quality control on all aspects of the service repairs
Preferred Qualifications
- Waste Water System experience and pump experience is a plus
