Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a related role
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Superior work ethic and a positive attitude
- Sense of urgency in a high-volume work environment
- Ability to work well independently and as a team player
- Ability to work in a flexible environment and adaptive to change
- Amenable to work night shift (US EST)
- Amenable to work hybrid work setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH)
Responsibilities
- Managing sales of existing customers
- Ensuring timely renewals with existing customers
- Coordinating with sales executives on account management and potential opportunities
- Coordinating with internal (legal, accounting) and external business teams
- Diligence with forecasting and maintaining ongoing and upcoming sales
- Following up with quoted customers until renewals are closed
- Tracking cancellations and reasons for cancellations
- Maintaining knowledge of current products and pricing appropriately, to closing sales
- Identifying and transferring leads to sales departments
