Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required and a minimum five (5) years’ of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for adhering to, reporting on, and providing feedback on established SLAs.
- In collaboration with the COR, shall refine the processes, develop any additional steps necessary, and document and maintain procedures and guidelines for the operations of IT support.
- Responsible for concept exploration (performance management, technology assessment, testing and validation) and assessments of systems.
- Create integration concepts, performing analysis, in addition to devising a systems integration plan.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification and Agile certification professional
- 5+ years managing web and application projects
