Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Driver’s license
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in automotive service software and systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of service advisors, ensuring their performance meets company standards
- Manage the appointment scheduling process, optimizing workflow and maximizing shop capacity
- Maintain effective communication with technicians, customers, and management, providing updates and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure adequate inventory levels of parts and supplies to support service operations
- Monitor the quality of service provided, ensuring that repairs are completed accurately and on time
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the service department
- Other duties as assigned
