Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Delivers established and more complex training to meet the evolving needs of internal and/or external clients.
  • Owns effort for new tools, technologies, and products in scope.
  • Delivers training related to product, sales, desktop tools and technology systems, applications, client service, enterprise initiatives, etc.
  • Provides feedback to learners to help with refinement of existing skills and the development of new skills.
  • Assists clients with installation, adaptation and operation of Unisys products and applications.
  • Adapts training to meet specific client requirements and effectively drive onboarding and adoption.
  • Tailors and adapts training real-time to meet participant needs and expectations.
  • Seeks out new and more effective training techniques, suggests, and leads enhancements to existing programs.
  • Accepts feedback to improve delivery style, methods and technique to ensure delivery of great training.
