Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading software implementations at an enterprise software vendor, with a strong understanding of release cycles, implementation challenges, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience delivering large-scale software implementations within complex, matrixed organizations — ideally across multiple geographies or business units.
- Diverse industry exposure, with a strong preference for those who have led delivery projects in Financial Services and/or Life Sciences.
- A proven history of delivering projects ahead of schedule, under budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction — this is a client-facing role, and success is measured by outcomes, not just activity.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills — able to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus on the details.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for enterprise clients, managing full lifecycle delivery of large-scale AI and MLOps implementations.
- Ensure excellence in execution, outcomes, and customer experience from onboarding to post-launch success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, product leaders, and client stakeholders to ensure every solution is built to the highest standards — on time, on budget, and with measurable business outcomes.
- Track KPIs, gather client feedback, and continuously improve delivery processes to raise the bar on customer success.
