Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, service delivery and/or program management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and leading diverse teams
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong connections with the team and stakeholders
- Experience and understanding of a breadth of IT managed services including, but not limited to, AI, application support, cybersecurity, ITSM, service desk, etc. Oracle platform and application experience a huge plus
- Experience and ability to shape, position and respond to RFP’s
- Must be comfortable operating in a fast paced, changing environment
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, strategy and set direction for managers and employees
- Lead large group discussions to answer questions and remedy complaints
- Create and deliver stakeholder executive presentations
- Create and nurture effective communication within the organization
- Build a strong team through open communication and by collaborating on decision-making responsibilities
- Initiate and set goals for programs based on the organization’s strategic objectives and contract expectations
- Plan programs from start to finish, including identifying processes, deadlines and milestones
- Develop and approve operations and budgets
- Develop and maintain client relationships to maintain and expand CAI’s business at clients
- Develop processes and procedures to meet and exceed client expectations related to managed services contracts as well as projects
- Manage all delivery activities at the client, whether performed by resources in direct reporting line, or from CAI Enterprise Practices
