Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of technical work experience in electrical, mechanical, diesel, fusion, or related field
  • Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also mentoring and providing training to entry-level technicians.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or diesel systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and advanced troubleshooting skills, especially in dynamic or high-pressure situations.
  • Capable of synthesizing complex technical information and conveying it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leverages customer interactions to derive actionable insights and develop innovative solutions to moderately complex problems.
