- Managing day to day operations
- Developing and maintaining customer relations
- Overseeing the operational costs and service center profitability
- Overseeing the scheduling of work in the shop
- Overseeing the closing of repair orders & parts tickets
- Handling customer complaints
- Managing dealer relations
- Overseeing service work contracts
- Warranty claim processing & claim payment receipts
- Personnel management including recruitment and selection, professional training and development, employee relations, and performance management
