Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a dealership Service Advisor/Writer
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Acceptable driving record and valid Driver’s License – REQUIRED
- A team player who is driven to exceed customer expectations
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repair services.
- Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approval before work begins.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all repair orders and customer interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CDK – a plus
- Prior experience with General Motors (GM) vehicles – a plus
