Requirements
- Experience as a Service Advisor (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team-focused attitude with a passion for excellence
- Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and consult with them about their vehicle needs and concerns
- Confirm warranty and service contract coverage
- Prepare detailed repair orders and cost estimates for materials, supplies, and labor
- Clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle, including completion times and any changes
- Manage customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Promote ongoing service offers and Mercedes-Benz maintenance benefits
Preferred Qualifications
- Background as an automotive technician is a plus
