Requirements

• 2 Years relevant experience in Project Management, Business etc. with Bachelors; 1 year with Masters; or an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite – Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Review status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Responsible for supporting major milestones associated with an integrated master schedule and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to meet objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) (labor, material, Subcontracts, IWOs)
• Experience as a project or program manager
• Knowledge and understanding of risk and opportunity management
• Experience with contract actions and vehicles
• Experience working with senior level executives and decision makers
• Experience facilitating customer and stakeholder engagements and meetings
• Knowledge and understanding of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables
