Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
  • Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5 years of experience; or 3 years with a Master’s degree or 1 year with a PhD, an additional 4 years of CM/DM experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
  • 2 years of experience with Configuration and Data Management process and procedure
  • 2 years of experience executing the five Configuration Management functions: CM Planning and Management, CM Identification, CM Change Management, Configuration Status Accounting, and Configuration Verification and Audit
  • 2 years of experience with MS Office and Teams

Responsibilities

  • Focus on managing and implementing changes within the program lifecycle, ensuring changes are properly documented, evaluated, and implemented with minimal impact on program goals, timelines, and budget
  • Oversee ‘cradle to grave’ development, release and implementation of changes to the Program and technical baseline with a focus on ensuring changes are well understood, documented, and executed through the Program approved Change Boards
  • Work in a teaming environment with Configuration and Data management
  • Collaborate closely with Change Request owners in the use of CM tools and implementation of quality standards
  • Process and manage change requests, ensuring they are documented and follow established procedures
  • Responsible for keeping stakeholders informed about change requests and ensure they are aligned with program objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable with these tools, JIRA, Teams, SharePoint, TeamCenter, DOORS, Cameo, etc.
  • Familiar with industry standards MIL-HKBK-61 Configuration Management Guidance, and EIA-649 Standard for Configuration Management
  • Subcontractor technical oversight experience
  • Experience in DoD or USG Configuration and Data Management and engineering change proposal processes
  • Experience with process improvement and enhancing existing processes to optimize efficiency and performance
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, managing functional requirements, design, and operational information through the product’s lifecycle
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering teams to build robust and repeatable systems/products
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
