Senior Website Engineer

5+ years of professional web development experience
2+ years with modern frameworks like Next.js
Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Builder.io, Contentful, or similar
Proficiency in web performance, SEO, and accessibility best practices
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and growth experimentation tools
Track record of working effectively with teams across Marketing, Product, and Design
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a culture of learning and excellence
A strategic thinker who can quickly diagnose issues and deliver impactful solutions
Clear and effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

Lead the technical design, development, and maintenance of a world-class website using modern frameworks like Next.js and Builder.io
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Marketers to translate ambitious business goals into robust technical solutions
Implement advanced strategies to improve website speed, SEO, and accessibility, ensuring a seamless user experience
Contribute to high-visibility projects like product launches, branding updates, and experimentation efforts
Partner with cross-functional teams to spearhead A/B testing and other growth-driven projects, leveraging data to enhance conversion rates
Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and security, leading to delivery of high quality end-user experiences
