Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead dmg media’s US commerce strategy, delivering full-funnel, performance-driven solutions that integrate editorial content, affiliate marketing, and commerce activations.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define team structure, revenue targets, growth priorities, and KPIs, ensuring commerce initiatives align with broader organizational goals.
  • Oversee and manage the Commerce Partnerships (x2) and Commerce Editorial (x3) teams, providing clear leadership, mentorship, and operational direction.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with internal stakeholders — including editorial, product, SEO, advertising, marketing, and data teams — to deliver cohesive, innovative, and scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a senior ambassador for DailyMail.com’s commerce capabilities to agencies, brands, affiliate networks, tech vendors, and programmatic networks, representing the brand at key industry events and client engagements.
  • Develop and commercialize new commerce offerings, driving monetization across digital, social, and emerging platforms, while ensuring an excellent client and consumer experience.
  • Create and deliver enablement tools and training for internal sales teams to drive commerce revenue growth and empower client-facing teams.
  • Monitor and report on commerce revenue performance, partnership metrics, and emerging trends, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Champion innovation, staying ahead of industry developments in digital media, affiliate marketing, commerce platforms, and performance storytelling.
