Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience designing, building, or launching consumer-facing products or visual and systems design.
- Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance design workflows.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design of intuitive User Experience (UX) for Forms of Payments, Transaction Experiences, and other payment interfaces.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to articulate design concepts and validate solutions.
- Advocate and explore the integration of emerging AI capabilities to enhance design processes and create innovative user experiences.
- Define and refine user models, information architecture, and interaction patterns for a cohesive platform experience.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to define product strategy and deliver high-quality designs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- Experience in Figma, including design systems.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Understanding web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with the ability to lead design projects from concept to launch.
- Ability to evaluate design trade-offs and form strong design opinions.
