Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- 5 years’ experience designing, developing, and delivering training across modalities
- Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role
- Ability to create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training content to different audiences
- Must have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan.
- Design, develop, and co-deliver VCF Substantive training for VCF staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.
- Provide support to staff to ease the transition and ensure successful rollout of the transformed claim review and operational processes.
- Design and develop myVCF system training using training materials delivered by the myVCF System Integrator.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce
