Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Product (UX/UI) Design with at least 5 years working in a consulting or agency environment
  • Capable of generating ideas and prototyping concepts that are anchored in research insights, subject knowledge, technology requirements, and business goals
  • Extensive experience with establishing and managing branding, style guide, and design systems
  • Self-starter who can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Effective communicator who can facilitate, write, and is comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of strategic design methods, HCD, and UX for mobile experience and enterprise applications
  • Experience in planning and conducting effective design sessions and discovery workshops, including meetings with stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to strategize the scope of UX/UI work and balance being a customer advocate, branding, and user experience needs
  • Experience working in cross-functional collaborative teams
  • Deep understanding of custom software and designing across Web, iOS, and Android platforms

Responsibilities

  • Create client-centric designs that meet a brand standard while also meeting business and user requirements
  • Participate in and lead design sessions and discovery workshops to understand the vision, business, and product requirements of clients
  • Manage all aspects of product design, including management, mentorship, and providing feedback to other designers
  • Conduct research and analyze the user experience and product usability, identifying trends or patterns and incorporating findings into the experience
  • Ensure the layout, content, and interactions create an intuitive and easy-to-use user experience
  • Provide internal and external executive updates to project sponsors on UX/UI needs and strategies for both customer-facing and internal efforts
  • Participating in translating complex ideas into understandable concepts that evolve and enhance the product experience through discovery, brainstorming, whiteboarding, and iteration
  • Championing prioritization of design-centered product enhancements grounded in research and analysis
  • Supporting effective storytelling and presentation of visual concepts to various stakeholders via process flows, wireframes, prototypes, functional design specifications, and high-fidelity design treatments
  • Support our Global Marketing team in conceptualizing, strategizing, and creating graphics for corporate designs
