Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in financial services industry and associated products preferably in Testing Services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the testing services portfolio, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Own and manage the testing services portfolio backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value, customer needs, and strategic goals.
  • Define the testing services roadmap to meet market requirements in support of portfolio strategy by considering position in life cycle, service profitability, pricing strategies, client satisfaction, and sales success rate.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring that customer feedback and insights are integrated into the testing services development process.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, professional services, client support, and infrastructure teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of the testing services strategy.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the testing services portfolio and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing services portfolio, leveraging data and customer feedback to enhance service quality and delivery.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Agile Project Management and/ or testing.
  • Knowledge of FIS Products
